Each Giraffe360 session includes:

• HDR Photos – crisp, high-resolution interior and exterior images

• Floor Plan – a clean, accurate layout with dimensions

You’ll receive a shareable link to the 360 tour, downloadable image files, and a PDF or image version of the floor plan — all branded or unbranded, depending on your needs.

I am based in Kansas City, MO and serve the surrounding areas. I will travel outside the Kansas City Metro Area. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond my standard service area.

Virtual staging is a digital process where furniture, décor, and style elements are added to photos of empty or sparsely furnished spaces. It helps potential buyers visualize how a home could look fully furnished—making listings more engaging and helping properties stand out online without the cost of physical staging.

Personal photos will automatically be blurred out, so there is no need to remove any pictures from the walls or surfaces unless you wish to. Conversely, any photos you wish to show in the virtual tour can be un-blurred individually.

Yes — most MLS platforms allow virtual tours via a separate link field. We provide both branded and MLS-compliant unbranded versions of your tour, so you’re covered whether it’s going on your personal website, social media, or MLS listing.

Most real estate shoots take 30–90 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the property. Longer if a 360° Virtual Tour is included in the project.

Absolutely! Minor revisions (like sky replacements or lighting adjustments) are included. More extensive edits may incur an additional fee.

Absolutely. We offer branded versions with your name, logo, and contact info — perfect for agents, brokerages, and businesses.

Yes! We generate clean, 98% accurate floor plans with dimensions using our Giraffe360 camera system. These are included in every 360° Virtual Tour. Our Giraffe360 camera uses precise laser LiDAR technology to scan properties, capture every angle, and note accurate measurements before blending the panoramic images together to form high-quality 270-megapixel virtual tours. Below is an example of the floor plan you will receive.

We provide high-resolution imagery and a basic visual inspection report. These are ideal for roofing companies, insurance claims, and contractor documentation. A report of any visible anomalies will be generated and a PDF will be sent to the email address provided.

Please note:

A done roof inspection, while providing high resolution photos/videos that can be zoomed for amazing detail, is still only a visual inspection. Obviously, any underlying structural issues cannot be detected.

You will receive your photos and videos within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery options are available upon request for an additional fee.

If the weather makes it unsafe or ineffective to shoot (wind, rain, low visibility), we’ll reschedule your session at no additional charge.

Once we have briefly discussed your needs and you elect to move forward, we will invoice you for a 50% deposit at booking along with a link to Calendly to schedule the shoot. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final media. Both payments can be made online via secure invoice. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data with trusted third parties only when necessary: Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), scheduling tools or CRM platforms use to manage appointments, legal authorities, if required to comply with law or protect our rights.
