Personal photos will automatically be blurred out, so there is no need to remove any pictures from the walls or surfaces unless you wish to. Conversely, any photos you wish to show in the virtual tour can be un-blurred individually.

Each session is documented from consistent altitudes and angles to ensure easy comparison over time. You’ll receive your media via a secure online gallery or download link, and we can also provide time-lapse compilations or side-by-side comparisons upon request.

Our Giraffe360 camera uses precise laser LiDAR technology to scan properties, capture every angle, and note accurate measurements before blending the panoramic images together to form high-quality 270-megapixel virtual tours. 🏗️ Do you provide roof inspection reports or just photos/videos?

We provide high-resolution imagery and a basic visual inspection report. These are ideal for roofing companies, insurance claims, and contractor documentation. A report of any visible anomalies will be generated and a PDF will be sent to the email address provided.

Please note:
A done roof inspection, while providing high resolution photos/videos that can be zoomed for amazing detail, is still only a visual inspection. Obviously, any underlying structural issues cannot be detected.

⏳ What is the turnaround time for receiving my photos and videos?

You will receive your photos and videos within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery options are available upon request for an additional fee.

🌧️ What if the weather is bad on the scheduled shoot day?

If the weather makes it unsafe or ineffective to shoot (wind, rain, low visibility), we’ll reschedule your session at no additional charge.

💳  When and how do I pay?

Once we have briefly discussed your needs and you elect to move forward, we will invoice you for a 50% deposit at booking along with a link to Calendly to schedule the shoot. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final media. Both payments can be made online via secure invoice. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
